Not sure, however from the looks for the individuals standing on the side of the road, ns really doubt they had actually their hunting licence through them (especially the girl in the bikini ). They to be within 1/4 mile the a building. Also, they had no company shooting under there, there were human being everywhere. A great rock would have taken care of the snake with out going to jail.
